그리고 “작업의 종류와 나이에 따라 사람형 얼굴이냐, 로봇형 얼굴이냐, 혼합형이냐 등 차이점은 존재한다.”고 합니다.

투자 조언 같은 걸 하는 decision-making 로봇이라면 젊은
사람들에게는 혼합형 얼굴이 더 익숙하고, 노인들에게는 사람형을 좋아한다고 합니다.

Social task에서는 모든 나이에서 사람형을 더 선호하고요.

그리고 오히려 개인적인 필요(샤워 같은 거)를 돕는 로봇은 사람같이 생긴 걸 별로 안 좋아한다는 말도 나오네요.
